Humbol Inc is developing a digital leadership tool that supports team interaction and goal
setting in SMEs. This, by the European union co-funded project focuses on enhancing the growth planning functionality of the
Humbol application by integrating AI-based assistance for setting measurable and strategically
aligned goals. In addition, Humbol Inc will pursue ISO 27001 certification at the company
level to strengthen its overall data security practices and competitiveness, especially in
international markets. Several technical improvements will also be implemented to improve
usability, scalability, and GDPR compliance. The project supports Humbol Inc’s growth,
internationalization, and ability to serve a broader customer base.

The project timetable is 10.11.2025-31.12.2026.
